Reiki Sessions with Gabriela

As you rest and ground on the yoga mat listening to soothing music, Gabriela channels Reiki through her hands to the chakra points, or energy centres, of your body. Crystals are frequently used to amplify the healing energy as Gabriela brings light and balance to the chakras.

The Reiki gently activates your parasympathetic nervous system that controls resting and digesting. In this state, your body can carry out these functions of cellular repair so you leave with a feeling of peace and restoration. In the session, it is normal to feel very relaxed or even sleepy. Some people even go into a deep meditative state or feel the warmth and tingling of the Reiki.

Distance and Face-to-Face Sessions

For those times you can’t make it to Bondi Sanctuary, Gabriela can connect to your energy through the quantum field so you can receive a distance Reiki session - sometimes more powerful than in person.
